At Cafe Converse, we always try our best to give you the best learning experience. But if you are not happy with our service, we understand.
Cancellations:
- Once you book a class or course, it cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
- If you need to cancel within 24 hours of payment, please email us at support@cafeconverse.com or call us on +91-9810076785. We will try to help you as much as possible.
Refunds:
- If you cancel within 24 hours of booking and have not started any class, you can get a full refund.
- After 24 hours or if classes have started, no refund will be given.
- Refunds (if approved) will be made to the original payment method and may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account.
- Payments made through Razorpay will follow their refund processing rules. You can read more here.
